Our story: 20 years of care

AgeRejuvenation was founded by Brett Markowitz in 2006 as a small fitness and wellness concept. Our name and model evolved along the way, including a period as Tampa Rejuvenation before the current brand took shape. Over two decades, the practice grew into a physician-led longevity and preventive health organization with five Florida clinics in South Tampa, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Winter Garden, and Orlando. Our clinical scope grew with it, expanding into functional medicine, hormone health, medical weight management, diagnostics, recovery, sexual wellness, aesthetics, and longevity services. In 2026 we celebrate our 20th anniversary, and the focus remains the same: thoughtful evaluation and personalized, medically guided care.
